Carlos and Rocio Sancho began C&R Unique Ornaments, Inc. (C&R) out of their garage, with the help of family, using only their personal creativity and business sense to start-up their small company. Twenty-five years later, although the company is no longer run out of their home, they have found that sticking to the same principles have helped them survive the ups and downs of owing a business and the changing trends of the wedding industry. These pieces are designed in the U.S. by its in house designers, who have over 40 years experience combined in designing wedding product. Over 6 months of design and sampling is put into each piece to ensure that it meets the highest quality standards. Today, the company is still in the hands of its original founders, except with the help of some recent additions. Their two daughters have recently graduated from the university and have joined the C&R team full-time.
